1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if:
They are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
They have not been used, opened, or tampered with (except for verification of product quality).
You submit a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note: Due to the nature of medicines and health products, returns are generally not accepted for opened or used items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process

Important:
All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and receipts.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If a refund is not approved, you will be notified with the reason.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged products of the same type and value.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or partially used medicines and health products.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
